1. Shaker Preparation:

Before first use, wash all parts (body, cap and mouthpiece) with warm water and neutral soap.
Dry completely to avoid moisture residue.

2. Mix Your Drinks:

Add your supplement powder (protein, pre-workout, etc.) directly into the shaker.
Pour liquid (water, milk or favorite drink) up to the 400ml mark.
Close the lid tightly and shake vertically for 15-20 seconds for a homogeneous mixture.

3. Daily Cleaning:

Disassemble all parts after each use.
Wash with a soft sponge and soap, avoiding abrasives that may scratch the material.
Air dry or dry with a clean cloth to maintain hygiene.

4. Maintenance:

Do not expose the shaker to extreme temperatures (microwave, dishwasher or boiling water).
Avoid acidic or carbonated liquids for prolonged periods to preserve the material.
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably disassembled.
